Rear Admiral Dammika Kumara, new KDU Vice Chancellor

Rear Admiral Dammika Kumara assumed duties as the new Vice Chancellor (VC) of the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU).He will be replacing Major General Milinda Peiris, as the new Vice Chancellor.Rear Admiral Kumara is an illustrious naval officer who was serving as the Commander of Eastern Naval Command before being appointed as the KDU VC. He is a distinguished student of Kegalu Vidyalaya and Kegalu Vidyalaya wishes him all the best for his new appointment.
